PAYMENT
 We currently ONLY use Paypal. Paypal accepts any Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit card payments.  RenéeQ does not accept personal checks or money orders. Paypal's Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed on weekdays excluding national holidays. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Dispatch is within 2-3 days of order.

Orders are shipped via Ghana EMS and take about up to 10 days for delivery. Please note: Tracking numbers and/or insurance are NOT included.

Express shipping by DHL or FedEx is available upon request. This includes insurance, a tracking number, and delivery within 1-5 days. Please email [email protected] for rates.

 **Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.**

**We do not refund lost packages.
